This is conditional limited warranty whereby all nylon roller Skates (plates) made by LASER SKATE INC. are guaranteed (to the original purchaser) against breakage and defect for five years from the original date of retail purchase of the plates.

With the exception of the following conditions, LASER SKATE INC. agrees to repair or replace free of charge (except for shipping) all plates which are returned to the company (within five years from original date of purchase) because of breakage due to defects in material or workmanship.

1) LASER SKATE INC. will not repair or replace free of charge any plates, which have undergone any, form of modification or have had their original shape altered in any way. This would include plates which have been dyed, painted, or have undergone any type of unauthorized non-factory repair(s).

2) LASER SKATE INC. will not repair or replace free of charge any plates on which non-original LASER SKATE INC. hardware ahs been used. (The term hardware here Include: toe stops, aluminum bushings, complete truck assemblies, mounting bolts, and toe stop adjustment screws).

3) LASER SKATE INC. will not repair or replace free of charge any plates that are broken or damaged due to extraordinary abuse. (SEE
ALSO MAINTENANCE INSTRUCTIONS).

4) Stnppage of or damage to any threads on any part of any LASER SKATE INC. roller skate plate is not covered under this guarantee.

5) Some pieces of hardware (e.g. axles and toe stops) used on LASER
SKATE INC. skates are not manufactured by LASER SKATE INC., but
are covered under separate individual manufacturer(s) (I.e. Sure Grip
International, etc.) warranties.

LASER SKATE INC. will repair or replace plates that have had the guarantee nullified as per any of the previous conditions; however, a service fee of not less than five dollars and not more than the cost of the plates will be charged. Any damaged or broken plates that are returned to Laser Stake Inc.. but have threads which are stripped or damaged. will still be assessed a repair charge.

LASER SKATE INC. RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SOLE AND FINAL
DETERMINATION AS TO THE DISPOSITON (IN REFERENCE TO
THE AFOREMENTIONED CONDITIONS) OF ALL THE PLATES
RETURNED TO LASER SKATE INC.

Repair or replacement plates receive high priority at LASER SKATE INC. Plates will be returned to the sender as soon as possible after receipt. Plates replaced or repaired under this warranty will be returned to sender via UPS-Ground Service and sender must prepay round trip shipping. Received parcels that do not include prepayment for return shipment will be shipped via UPS-Ground and terms for payment will be
COD - CASH ONLY.

NOTE: The above warranty (guarantee) henceforth applies retroactively to all plates manufactured by LASER SKATE INC. prior to 01 January 2000. Plates falling into this category will be guaranteed up to 01 January 2005.
